Leakage of Sextapes in Ghana, The road to Doom

We call it the technological era. But the increasing negative effect of the advancement of technology on the society is becoming a headache to all.Rampant among some of the problems associated with the technological advancement syndrome, is the leakage of sextapes.Viral sextapes have become topics of discussions on most media platforms nowadays. Most especially, on social media. The youth of today find pleasure in indulging themselves in sexually imoral activities and not concealing them in their secrecy but also making videos of their sexual misconducts.

Somehow, these videos make their way into the public domain in what we mostly call "Leaked sex tapes". Personally, i get hurt when i hear of such things. It is against this backdrop, that i take to this course of writting on this all important social canker. The pride of our Ghanaian society is now at risk, owing to the imoral activities being layed bare by our youth to the world.

I do not seem to understand why youth from very descent backgrounds end up involving in such despicable acts. Most of this sextapes involve students from our secondary and tertiary institutions. As to what leads to the production of such videos, i have absolutely no clue. But what I know for sure is, these acts would go as far as to destroy the lives of those involved especially the ladies.

This act would do you no good. If you ended up having sex with your boyfriend, accidentally or intentionally, you should admit that it is imoral. And its immorality would prevent you from making any attempts of making videos. The laws in Ghana are really making this look too liberal. Our law makers should sit up and relook into the laws. The sexual freedom is too much. We should begin to prosecute people who engage in such acts because they are killing the society.

They are tarnishing the image of Ghana. They are creating turmoil in the nation. The acts of these "devil-may-care" youth is serving as a source of public disturbance. Let us make efforts to curb this canker now.

Nevertheless, the crime of child defilement must also be put a stop to because it is definitely pulling back our nation. We are losing our future leaders! Where is the law?
